Welcome to TBM × Follow Thru: Your Be Seen Accountability Groups(“Program”), a live facilitated implementation experience led by Adrienne Rose White through Something Truly Brilliant (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By enrolling in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The Program is a live, guided implementation and accountability container designed to support participants in consistently engaging with To Be Magnetic (“TBM”) practices and materials in a structured, supportive environment.

Depending on the participation tier selected, enrollment may include:

• live Zoom implementation sessions
• onboarding calls
• breakout discussions
• messaging/community spaces
• optional bonus in-person gatherings
• and other facilitation elements

Live sessions may be facilitated by Adrienne Rose White and/or trained members of the Something Truly Brilliant team.

The Program is designed as a space to support participants in:

• consistently engaging with TBM practices
• building sustainable rituals and habits
• practicing visibility and aligned action
• and following through on their own work alongside others doing the same

Participants are responsible for independently engaging with TBM content, lessons, and materials.

Specific results are not guaranteed.

Nature of the Program

The Program is a facilitated implementation and accountability experience.

The Program is not:

• manifestation coaching
• therapy
• counseling
• mental health treatment
• legal advice
• or financial advice

Facilitators may share examples from their own experiences for educational or informational purposes only.

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

2. Access & Delivery

Program sessions are hosted via Zoom or a comparable platform.

Certain participation tiers may include:

• onboarding calls
• breakout rooms
• messaging/community spaces
• or optional in-person gatherings

Optional in-person gatherings are bonus community experiences only and are not guaranteed components of the Program.

Milestone dates, session schedules, facilitators, or delivery formats may be adjusted at the Company’s discretion.

Access to certain community spaces, Zoom links, or messaging groups may require completion of onboarding steps.

The Company reserves the right to revoke access to community spaces if participant conduct violates these Terms.

Access is limited to the duration of the applicable Program container unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment & Billing

Program pricing may vary by participation tier, promotional offer, or payment plan selected at checkout.

By enrolling, you agree:

• all payments are non-refundable after purchase
• you are responsible for completing all payments associated with your selected payment plan
• failure to participate does not relieve payment obligations

The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing for future Program offerings.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may choose not to participate after purchase.

However, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

5. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• engage respectfully with other participants and facilitators
• maintain confidentiality regarding participant sharing
• contribute to a supportive and respectful environment
• refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct
• refrain from solicitation or promotion within Program spaces
• participate from a distraction-minimized environment when reasonably possible

This Program is a shared space built on mutual respect.

Disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward participants or facilitators may result in removal from the Program and associated community spaces without refund.

6. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All Program materials, structures, facilitation methods, systems, recordings, and implementation frameworks — including the Follow Thru Framework — remain the intellectual property of Something Truly Brilliant unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, share, repurpose, commercially use, or create derivative works based on any aspect of the Program without prior written permission.

Participants also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and not share personal or identifying information outside the Program.

7. No Guarantees & Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed.

Participant outcomes depend on many factors outside the Company’s control, including personal participation and follow-through.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and the Company regarding participation in the Program.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
